What to Expect
When you visit our office you will be warmly welcomed by our team. The front desk will be asking you for your photo ID, vision & medical insurance cards, and reviewing with you any paperwork that needs to be completed. At this time you will be introduced to our wellness photos. The Optomap captures the retina’s surface image while the OCT defines it’s layers. When combined these photo’s create a complete image of the retina. Enhanced Eye Care wants you to have them completed annually so they can review and discuss the most up-to-date picture and compare to any prior image. If it’s your first time having them the photo’s would be considered your baseline. Upon check out, our staff will review your vision benefits and payment options, fit you for glasses or contact lenses, and focus on exceeding all of your expectations. If at any time you have questions about the process or your specific health information, please ask.
Items to bring
- Photo ID / driver’s license

Broken Appointment Policy
Our doctors and staff are committed to providing optimum care for our patients. In order to do so, we schedule dedicated time to each patient. Last minute cancellations and broken appointments create lost time for other patients seeking care. In order to minimize this, we kindly ask that should you need to cancel an appointment you notify our office 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. If you break an appointment more than once without notice, a full-service fee of $25.00 will be charged to you. Thank You.
